social justice worker and diversity trainer who helps institutions, non-profits, and companies maximize their social impact through custom-designed trainings and workshops in New York City and elsewhere.

I facilitate dialogues on social justice issues for you and your team – difficult, rewarding, and necessary conversations. By addressing our unconscious biases and deepening our understanding of institutional oppressions, we’ll develop new tools and strategies to work more effectively towards social change.

I also provide program development and administration, project coordination, and individual and group counseling services.
